Our COVID-19 Business Operation Plans

by | Jun 24, 2020 | COVID-19

As we all return to the new normal, there will understandably be some reservation about getting out and about in a safe manner.

Therefore, at Kingston Burrowes we are doing everything we can to safeguard our staff and our clients.

Our main goal is to continue to offer our great services while adhering to Government Guidelines.

With this is mind, we have re-organised our offices to allow for social distancing and the following processes have been put in place:

  • Social distancing markers in our offices
  • Face masks and gloves are available as required
  • Only allowing one visitor at a time in reception unless they are from the same family
  • Sanitation points at the main entrance and various points around the building

Now that our offices have reopened, we are operating on an appointment only system. If you require direct support, this will be arranged with the relevant team member to accommodate your needs while taking into account social distancing guidelines. There may continue to occasions when a video or telephone call is more appropriate for both parties. Arrangements have been made so that every staff member has the means to work remotely and to access all Kingston Burrowes systems as normal.

We will continue to monitor the situation and to follow the latest Government advice. Your understanding and cooperation during this period are appreciated, and despite the uncertainly of the situation, you can be assured that Kingston Burrowes is doing everything we can to support our employees and our clients, with minimal disruption to our services.

If you have questions or concerns at any time please call us on 020 8912 2040 or email contact@kingstonburrowes.com
